* After your first guided session, the App will ask: “Did it help?”
* If you respond “No”, you’ll be shown the Refund Request option — you can immediately request your money back.
* If you respond “Yes”, the refund option will be permanently disabled, as the method was effective for you.
* Refunds are not issued for partial use or change of mind after confirming the method helped.
All refunds are processed via the platform you used for payment (App Store, Google Play, etc.). Processing times may vary by platform.
